从2023年1月8日起，不再对来中国的外国人进行隔离检疫

中国卫健委12月26日发布的对新型冠状病毒感染实施“乙类乙管”总体方案的通知中表示自2023年1月8日起，来华人员在行前48小时进行核酸检测，结果阴性者可来华，无需向我驻外使领馆申请健康码，将结果填入海关健康申明卡。如呈阳性，相关人员应在转阴后再来华。取消入境后全员核酸检测和集中隔离。健康申报正常且海关口岸常规检疫无异常者，可放行进入社会面。取消“五个一”及客座率限制等国际客运航班数量管控措施。各航司继续做好机上防疫，乘客乘机时须佩戴口罩。进一步优化复工复产、商务、留学、探亲、团聚等外籍人士来华安排，提供相应签证便利。逐步恢复水路、陆路口岸客运出入境。根据国际疫情形势和各方面服务保障能力，有序恢复中国公民出境旅游。

According to the notice issued by the China CDC on December 26 on the implementation of the overall plan of “Class B and B Tube” for the novel coronavirus infection:

Starting from January 8, 2023, people  come into China will be allowed to take nucleic acid tests 48 hours before their departure. Those who show negative results can come to China without applying for a health code from Chinese Consulate and just need to fill the results in the Customs health declaration card. If positive, relevant personnel should come to China after turning negative. Nucleic acid testing and centralized quarantine for all personnel upon entry will be cancelled. If the health declaration is normal and the customs port routine quarantine is not abnormal, can be released into the community. Measures to control the number of international passenger flights, including the “five-one” policy and the passenger load factor limit, will be lifted. Airlines continue to prevent disease on board, and passengers are required to wear masks when flying. We will further optimize arrangements for foreigners returning to China for work resumption, business, study, family visits and reunions, and provide visa facilities accordingly. The entry and exit of passenger transport by water and land ports will be gradually resumed. China will resume outbound tourism in an orderly manner in light of the international epidemic situation and the service support capacity of all sectors.
