工作许可证注销规定：
1、用人单位申请注销：用人单位与外籍人才因法定事由或者协商一致解除劳动关系，用人单位应当在事由发生之日起10个工作日内向决定机构申请注销。
2、外籍人才个人申请注销：用人单位终止的，外籍人才可以向决定机构提交申请书以及用人单位终止的证明申请注销许可证。
3、自动注销:外国人来华工作许可证有效期届满未延续而被自动注销。
4、法定注销:依法外国人来华工作许可证被撤销、撤回，以及被吊销的，由决定机构进行注销的情形。
工作许可证注销材料：
1、聘用单位出具的公函。
2、申请人护照复印件。
3、居留许可复印件。
4、外国人工作许可证原件及复印件。
5、解除聘用关系、合同终止或其他与注销原因相关的证明材料（申请人自行离职、聘用单位无法联系到申请人的，聘用单位应补充提交注销情况说明）。

4. The original and photocopy of the work permit for foreigners.
5. Termination of employment relationship, termination of contract or other documentary evidence relating to the reasons for cancellation (if the applicant is separated from the job and the employing unit is unable to contact the applicant, the employing unit shall submit a supplementary statement of cancellation) .
